Rose-Anne Landau, Esq.

Rose-Anne, Attorney and Mediator devotes 100% of her practice to mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Brockport in 1984, Ms. Landau went on the the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School where she graduated in 1987.

Ms. Laudau spent the early part of her career participating in hundreds of mediations and settlement conferences in the field of landlord/tenant and commercial real estate disputes. She is a member of the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Colorado bars.  After moving to Colorado in 1991, Ms. Landau practiced business and employment  law before deciding to open her own offices in 1995.  Since 1995, Ms. Landau's practice has focused primarily in the area of family law and she has vast experience resolving high conflict cases involving divorce, parenting plans, child custody, child support, division of assets and premarital agreements. Ms. Landau also mediates employment and workplace issues, real estate contract disputes, business disputes and small claims matters. 

Ms. Landau is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Arapahoe County Bar Association, and the South Metro Collaborative Practice Group. She is also currently serving as a Board Member of the Colorado Collaborative Law Professional (CCLP), an organization dedicated to the resolution of disputes without court intervention where she has also served as past Sectretary.  Ms. Landau has several offices throughout the Denver Metro area and can be reached at (303) 221-4748.
